Myshareledger – create an account

1. Provide name and email for an administrator account
2. Provida company registration no. for the stock company to get a modern digital shareledger for free
3. The administrator will receive an email with login credentials from MyShareledger

1. Provide the amount of share capital today
2. Provide the number of shares issued, and whether there are different kinds of shares with different voting rights
3. Distribute the shares to all current shareholders, including the dates when they were bought or received
4. Review and complete the registration
5. Done! You now have a shareledger in the cloud
6. (Keep your shareledger for at least 10 years)

Once you have completed the registration, you may register any upcoming changes online, whether it’s a change of ownership, a new issue, a bonus issue, a reverse split or any other change. All features are available for you to keep your shareledger in the cloud – much easier and faster than working with spreadsheets and binders.
